By accessing and using Time Odyssey, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily use Time Odyssey for personal and commercial time tracking purposes
• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions
• You may not redistribute or create derivative works based on the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Time Odyssey shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
